About Experience
Winemaker Jurgen Gouws has spent over a decade coaxing character out of old bush vines using minimal intervention: no shortcuts, no added yeast, nothing covering up what the land already gave the grapes. Our kitchen takes the same approach to ramen: depth built slowly, nothing faked.
For this one-off collaboration, we've built a four-course menu specifically around six of Intellego's bottles, each pairing chosen to bring out something in both the dish and the wine that you wouldn't get on their own.
Doors open at 6pm, with the dinner seating beginning at 6:30pm.
Seats are limited, so book early. This is a once-off, not a recurring event.
