Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep the product/s in your freezer until we can schedule a collection, so that we may review the issue and make improvements for future orders.
It is within Obento's discretion whether we will exchange or refund the item for you, depending on each unique situation and our ability to rectify it.
