A classic cantonese dim-sum dish made with slow roasted char-siu pork neck, handmade and wrapped in a stoneground flour bao


    Heating Instructions
    Steam for 20 minutes within a bamboo/electric steamer at high heat.
    This dish is pre-cooked, keep frozen

    Food prepared in our kitchen may contain all or portions or traces of the following; Soy, wheat, modified starches, gluten, eggs, honey, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, seaweed, fish and shellfish. 
    No Added MSG or artificial colouring

    Note: Portions are six bao's, minimum 400g net content weight.
