A new take on a classic bao, made only with egg yolks and whole milk in the custard and hand wrapped in a stonground flour bao with activated charcoal, giving the bao a distinctive black and yellow colour balance


    Heating Instructions
    Steam for 20 minutes within a bamboo/electric steamer at high heat.
    This dish is pre-cooked, keep frozen
