Obento Ramen Bar X Japanese Spring Festival 

Eligibility

• To enter the competition, participants will have spent a minimum of R200 per entry. The validity of the ticket, the participant must complete the details required. Any omission will void your eligibility to claim a prize.

• There are no limitations to number of entries per person if the above clause is met.

Entry Period

• The Lucky Draw runs from 11 October 2025 11am till 13h30.

• The draw will take place at 14h00 or earlier subject to event schedules

Prize

• The prizes for this competition are provided by Obento Ramen Bar.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner must be present at the draw and provide identification when claiming the prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize at the draw, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Marketing Communications

• By participating in the lucky draw, participants agree to receive marketing communications, promotional offers, and newsletters from Obento Ramen Bar and UrbanPadstal.

• Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails or by contacting Obento Ramen Bar and or UrbanPadstal directly.

Publicity

• By entering the lucky draw, participants agree to allow Obento Ramen Bar and UrbanPadstal to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission.

Data Protection

• Personal information collected during the lucky draw will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.

• Obento Ramen Bar and UrbanPadstal will comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other relevant data protection laws in South Africa.

• Obento Ramen Bar and UrbanPadstal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw at any time without prior notice.
